Multilingual Mentoring provides free multilingual teaching resources for bilingual, Welsh, and English-medium primary and secondary schools that support delivery of the Curriculum for Wales. Teachers are encouraged to download the resources and adapt them to reflect their schools’ context and the languages spoken in their school and local communities.
The resources provide opportunities for learners to understand and make connections between different languages, to give insights into the culture, people and history of Wales but also the wider world. The resources’ multilingual approach supports learners to transfer knowledge from one language to another, thus developing learners’ literacy skills in English, Welsh, and International Languages.
